Sending money 
The money transfer procedure is really simple:
  • you need to have a valid identity document with you (personal ID or passport)
  • you give the recipient’s name and country that you are sending the money to
  • deposit the money that you wish to send and pay the transfer fee
  • you receive a slip with a money transfer control number (MTCN) that the recipient will need to collect the money
Following this, you can inform the recipient of the transfer and send him the data that you received from the Bank officer and that he needs to collect the money you have sent.
 
You need not have an account with Lovćen banka to use this service.
 
Receiving money 
The money sent to you from abroad via Western Union can be received in any branch of the Lovćen banka.
The money is available a few minutes after the payment. It is enough to take your personal documents. The service receiving money is free of charge. The procedure is extremely simple:
  • indicate the name of the sender , the country from which the money was sent, the expected amount and Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
  • submitt your valid identity document for review to the bank clerk to access checking transaction data
  • if all the information you provided is accurate, the bank officer will pay off money and present your confirmation of payment
