Excerpt from the Code of ethics of Lovćen banka AD

The code of conduct (hereinafter referred to as: Code of Ethics) of Lovćen banka AD Podgorica defines basic principles and rules of professional conduct of employees in their mutual relations with other employees, clients, business partners, citizens, work and working environment, as well as rules for determining violations of this Code by the Bank’s employees based on complaints filed by clients, other employees, business partners and other citizens.
